2. Description of Service

Resumlio provides AI-powered CV and cover letter building tools. Our services include resume parsing, content generation, tailoring for specific job descriptions, and PDF/Print output functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Credits

Certain advanced features on Resumlio require credits.

• Credits can be purchased in tiered packages (Starter, Professional, and Career Master).
• Higher tiers offer lower costs per credit, providing better value for frequent users.
• Credits are non-refundable except where specifically required by applicable consumer law.
• Free introductory credits are subject to promotional terms and may expire at Resumlio's discretion.
• Pricing is available in both NPR (for users in Nepal) and USD (for international users).
• Example pricing: 10 credits for रु 15 / $0.49. Resumlio reserves the right to adjust package pricing at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The content you generate on Resumlio is yours. However, the templates, AI models (via our providers), logos, and software used to provide the service are the intellectual property of Resumlio or its licensors.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Resumlio for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Upload malicious code or interfere with our servers.
• Automate account creation or use bots to access the service.
• Decompile or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
• Provide false or misleading personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Resumlio is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the results provided by AI will be 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. Always review and verify your resume and cover letter content.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Resumlio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
